Add pages in Pages on iPhone In a word processing document: Tap to place the insertion point where you want a new page to appear, tap. in the shortcut bar, then tap Page Break. In a page layout document: In page thumbnail view, tap the page you want the new page to follow, then tap. at the bottom of the left sidebar.
