Go to Insert Page Numbers. Select a position (left, center, or right, and header or footer). Select Include Page Count to show total number of pages too, such as page 7 of 9.
Click the Print Settings tab. Under Headers and Footers, click Header or Footer. In the Insert AutoText box, do one of the following: To print the current page number in the header or footer, click Current Page.
