There are several ways to add a comment to a row in Tables. On the left hand side on the page, you can hover the mouse cursor to a selected row where you will see an add comment icon. Click the add comment button, and click on New comment thread.
Javadoc comments are usually placed above classes, methods, or fields in your source code.
Add a note to a document On your computer, open a document or presentation in Google Docs or Google Slides. In the side panel, find the note you want to add. Click and drag the note to your document.
