Constructor Injection is used when a specific class requires one or more dependencies. In such a case, we would supply these dependencies as a parameter of the class's constructor. Whenever we create a new class, we come across variables and methods.
Razor is a server based technology where SPA (Single Page Application) is an architecture approach used on the client (web browser). Both can be used together. From a high level, SPA moves the rendering and data retrieval to the client. The web server becomes a services tier sitting in front of the database.
ASP.NET Core supports the dependency injection (DI) software design pattern, which is a technique for achieving Inversion of Control (IoC) between classes and their dependencies. For more information specific to dependency injection within MVC controllers, see Dependency injection into controllers in ASP.NET Core.
A service can be injected into a view using the @inject directive. You can think of @inject as adding a property to the view, and populating the property using DI. The sample repository uses an in-memory collection.
A view component class: Supports constructor dependency injection. Doesn't take part in the controller lifecycle, therefore filters can't be used in a view component.
The @Injectable() decorator defines a class as a service in Angular and allows Angular to inject it into a component as a dependency. Likewise, the @Injectable() decorator indicates that a component, class, pipe, or NgModule has a dependency on a service. The injector is the main mechanism.
The other way of passing the data from Controller to View can be by passing an object of the model class to the View. Erase the code of ViewData and pass the object of model class in return view. Import the binding object of model class at the top of Index View and access the properties by @Model.
A Razor Page is almost the same as ASP.NET MVC's view component. It has basically the syntax and functionality same as MVC. The basic difference between Razor pages and MVC is that the model and controller code is also added within the Razor Page itself. You do not need to add code separately.
Razor Pages allow developers to combine the code-quality features of the MVC pattern with the productivity benefits of grouping together things that tend to change together. Note that Pages is part of ASP.NET Core MVC in version 2.
Annotation Type Inject. Identifies injectable constructors, methods, and fields. May apply to static as well as instance members. An injectable member may have any access modifier (private, package-private, protected, public).
