a large part of my facial plastic surgery practice involves injecting fillers into different areas of the face and fillers add volume they fill in lines and folds and one of the most frequent areas to place filler is in the lips but we receive a lot of questions about whether lip filler will look natural and I canamp;#39;t blame potential patients for asking these questions because there are a lot of examples in the lay press and among celebrities of lips that are really really overdone but if fillers are performed properly if the product is placed in the right area and the proper amount the results should look very natural and the typical goals are to outline the lips to create a slight increase in definition or to inject the red part of the lip or the body of the lip to improve the amount of volume thatamp;#39;s present in deflated lips but the bottom line is that lip filler results should look very very natural if performed properly
