let me show you how to place a logo into a shirt in photoshop start by saving your document to create a displacement map go into file save as copy name your file displacement then go to file open and select the displacement file to keep the logo distortion smooth go into filter blur surface blur a value of 18 will work in this case close and save the file then transform and place your logo over the shirt set the blending mode to multiply and the opacity to 90 next go to filter distort and select displace set the horizontal and vertical displays to 10 and press ok from here select the displacement psd then duplicate the background place it on top of the layer stack clip it to the layer below and set the blending mode to linear dodge add and the opacity to 50 to apply the shirts texture over the logo then use the levels adjustment to control the brightness until you have something that looks like this follow for more photoshop tutorials
