Readability is probably the most, the best feature you can achieve when writing DAX code, because you need to write DAX code thinking that at some point some other people will work on it. So the more readable, the better. And that other people might be yourself six months from now, when you need to update your code and change it. You will thank yourself if you spend time and make the code as readable as it could. Because your life will be easier and you will be able to maintain and modify your code without having to worry about breaking it. DAX formulas can contain up to 64 nested functions.
In the concatenate code, if you insert a "shift + enter" after the comma, it gives me a line break, without breaking the code.
DAX formulas and expressions cannot modify or insert individual values in tables. You cannot create calculated rows by using DAX. You can create only calculated columns and measures. When defining calculated columns, you can nest functions to any level.

In cell A3 type “This” –> Alt + Enter –> “is” –> Alt + Enter –> “text” –> Enter.
You can simple select the column, select split column from the ribbon and choose split by delimiter. Then select the space. It will create two new columns.
