hello my name is Josiah ray Iamp;#39;m going to show you how to alphabetize a list of names based on the last name using Microsoft Excel so here I am inside of Excel and we have a couple of names here itamp;#39;s my name the producers name a few other people and we want to sort these names out based just on the last name and this is also useful if youamp;#39;ve got say a list of employees and youamp;#39;ve got their their first name their last name employee number when they clocked out last you know all kinds of different stuff and you want to be able to sort all of this based on just their last name so the steps that I show you are pretty much transfer right over so weamp;#39;re going to select all of the cells and use so the first names and last names you can also select both columns and weamp;#39;re going to come over here to the sort and filter button underneath the Home tab and click on custom sort and we want to select the column that has the last names in it so in this cas
