hello everyone in todayamp;#39;s video iamp;#39;m going to show you how quickly insert large number of pictures into the word document we use the merge printing function to make a certificate or employee name tag for large number of members here we have 20 employees photos where i need to print the employee name tag for each employee first i will open employee information excel file where the employees are provided in the worksheet in order to print the photos for each employee in the name i need to mention the file location address of each employee photo i will add a column name address select the first employee image file and right click to open the image properties highlight the file path and copy them next open the excel file and paste it in the address column of the first e to complete the image path name we need also to include the file name since the image name is based on the employee id number sequence for this i will convert the address as a formula by putting equal sign th
