Sign in to your Blogger account. In the main menu, click Settings. In the Basic section, click Google Analytics Measurement ID. Enter your Google tag ID into the Google Analytics Measurement ID box.

Introduction to measurement ID in GA4 Google Analytics 4 uses measurement ID instead of the tracking ID used in Universal Analytics. The measurement ID format is G-X, and it identifies which data stream is sending data to your GA4 property.
Just follow these steps: Go to your GA4 property and click on Admin on the bottom left. Under Property, click Data streams. Click on Web. Click on your web data stream name. Your measurement ID is in the top right.
