Easily inject expense in ANS to work with documents in different formats

You can’t make document changes more convenient than editing your ANS files on the web. itamp;#39;s a quick video on how to share um the approval process um so what Iamp;#39;ve done is Iamp;#39;ve gone on to zero expense and Iamp;#39;m on the admin View and Iamp;#39;m hitting the settings tab down the bottom here um this brings up the users and the control so we want to go to our users now in this user section we can see that we have two users but the submit to is blank we need to hit on edit by clicking edit we can hop down to submits to or approves and forwards to the submits to is a direct this person I want to submit my report to and whoever is in a submits to will approve the report and therefore be able to make the necessary adjustments you would directly um reject the claim or record a reimbursement if we have approves and forwards to weamp;#39;re saying that it has an extra layer so it may be a manager has to approve it before they forward it to a head of department so in this instance we can go submit to and we choose who weamp;#39;d like it to submit to s
