Today we are going to Make it Rain in Photoshop in Just One Minute! You know what, Photoshop already has the rain action. Yes it does! All you need to do, you need to go to Window, and then Actions. Now, inside of Actions, Click on this grid, right over there. And go to Image Effects. Now Image Effects show up. Now, click on Light Rain and just click on the Play Button, with a Background Layer selected. Now once you click on the Play button right there, have a look at the rain. It looks awesome, now lets close it. But, its very dull, right? Lets make a copy of the background copy. Press Ctrl/Command + J. Now, lets move the rain to the far-away place, as the far-away place will have more droplets. Ctrl/Command + T, and lets make it a little smaller.
