If you need to add a table of contents to a Word document, you can do that using the amp;#39;Heading 1amp;#39; style. First, format all of your headings in your document to the amp;#39;Heading 1amp;#39; style by selecting the words, then the amp;#39;Heading 1amp;#39; in the tab. Select where you want to put the table of contents. Select the amp;#39;referencesamp;#39; tab, amp;#39;table of contents,amp;#39; and then choose a prebuilt table. Your table of contents will then appear with the page numbers already assigned to each heading. Youamp;#39;ll notice that the heading introduction is missing from the table of contents. This is because this heading was formatted by changing its font size and color, not by applying the amp;#39;Heading 1amp;#39; style. To fix this, navigate back to the amp;#39;homeamp;#39; tab, select the heading, then the amp;#39;Heading 1amp;#39; style. Then, click on the table of contents, select amp;#39;update table,amp;#39; amp;#39;update entir
