as your application grows youamp;#39;re going to have more dependencies more classes more services more view models more interfaces and what you need to do is easily resolve those dependencies and built into.net and maui is dependency injection which gives you the architecture pattern of inversion of control and specifically constructor injection so what iamp;#39;m going to do today is break down everything that you need to know about all those fancy words that i just said so you can be more productive when building your don and maui applications so tune in hey everyone iamp;#39;m james and iamp;#39;m back and today iamp;#39;m going to be talking about a really near and dear topic to my heart because itamp;#39;s one that iamp;#39;ve fought forever which is dependency injection and specifically constructor injection and inversion of control and all these things uh that are all fancy words just to say well i have this thing and i want to resolve it or get an instance of it

The @Inject annotation is a Java label that indicates that a class or field should be instantiated and initialized by the dependency injection framework. It is used with dependency injection frameworks like Spring, Google Guice, or CDI to specify the dependencies of classes.
4.1. The @Inject annotation lets us define an injection point that is injected during bean instantiation. Injection can occur via three different mechanisms. Bean constructor parameter injection: public class Checkout { private final ShoppingCart cart; @Inject.
To use it, annotate the constructor with the @Inject annotation. This constructor should accept class dependencies as parameters. Most constructors will then assign the parameters to final fields. If your class has no @Inject -annotated constructor, Guice will use a public, no-arguments constructor if it exists.
Now to set the Dependency Injection as Constructor Dependency Injection in bean, it is done through the bean-configuration file. For this, the property to be set with the CDI is declared under the tag in the bean-config file.
Application servers have support for specifying @EJB bindings so that a deployer can choose the target EJB, but @Inject only allows the application developer to choose the target EJB (and it must exist in the application). If the target is not an EJB, then you must not use @EJB.
@Autowired is ideal for Spring-centric applications but ties you to the Spring ecosystem. Conversely, @Inject promotes portability across different Java EE-compatible containers, now under the Jakarta EE umbrella, fostering greater flexibility in choosing your runtime.
Injection is a procedure of pumping cement-based, polyurethane-based, epoxy-based or special acrylate-based systems into damaged or cracked structures to securely seal leaks, repair compromised structures and make them watertight for the long term.
