Click the Comment button from the bottom right. Now, navigate the cursor to the bottom right corner of the screen. There will be a comment button. As you click it, a vertical bar will appear on the right side of the PDF document. It will contain all the comments so you can view them at once.

Exporting and Importing Annotations In the Annotations Sidebar, press the Annotation List Options button and select Export All. First, Select the annotations you want to export. In the Annotations Sidebar, press the Annotation List Options button and select Import.
Export or import comments Click Options and select Export to save the entire set of comments to a specific . Click Options and select Import to apply an existing set of comments to the current PDF. Select Create Comment Summary to prepare a file for printing the PDF with comments.
