For testosterone enanthate or cypionate you will require: 1 ampoule of enanthate or your multiuse vial of cypionate/enanthate. 1 filter needle (18G) if you are drawing from an ampoule. 1 injecting needle (25G, 27G or 30G 0.5 inch length) either with a fixed syringe (if a multiuse vial) or a separate syringe.

There are dozens of studies that take this form. Regarding simple injections in the body, this study compared a 30-gauge needle with a 26-gauge one and found no docHub difference in the reported pain. As did this study, which compared 27-gauge vs 23-gauge vs 21-gauge.
The 23-gauge, 1-inch and 25-gauge, 1-inch needles are standard for testosterone injections. The smaller-gauge needle (higher number) will reduce tissue scarring after years of TRT. Needle sizes above 25-gauge may be used, but it may take longer to withdraw and administer the solution.
Needle for SubQ injections are usually 25-26 Gauge and 5/8 (inch) in length.
