following the case management process the sequence of how you enter information into gbvims plus should start with the consent for services form then should be followed by the survivor information form then you can enter information about the incident but by first entering the survivor information form and saving that it will reduce some duplicative data entry for you to add an incident to a case theres two ways to do this you can go up to these three dots in the upper right hand corner and click create incident or you can expand the record information forms click on incident and then click new either way will work once you click on that itll take you directly to the incident forms you can see here how the individual details have already been added based off the survivor information form once you complete filling out this form then you can hit save and return this will take you directly back to your digital case file and you can see at the bottom that the incident record was successf
