hello and welcome back just wanted to record a quick video on how to use animated gifs in power bi now this is a little zany and normally you get nothing but irritation by looking at animated gifs on web pages but i did have a legitimate reason to look into it today learn a few things and decided to share what iamp;#39;ve learned with with my audience as you can see we can make a background and power bi be animated and we can also have the wallpaper and power bi be animated and we can have pictures so iamp;#39;m not using any custom controls iamp;#39;m not using anything crazy this is out of the box functionality but you what we will notice is that when this image on the right an image in the left is the same picture however when i use a format a picture here if you just go insert image then you see that this image does not play the animated gifs so we have a little bit of a problem if we need to show some sort of animation in our report turns out that to solve this is pretty simple
