Among many reliable transport protocols, the Stream Control Transmission (SCT) Protocol is very much suitable in networking scenario. To transport telephone signaling messages over IP networks the SCT Protocol act as key role.
This is a list of Signed Certificate Timestamps. These are part of certificate transparency, as defined in RFC 6962. The data contained in a SCT is as follows (using one of yours for an example): Log ID: e712f2b0377e1a62fb8ec90c6184f1ea7b37cb561d11265bf3e0f34bf241546e (this happens to be the Lets Encrypt Oak2020 log)
In its turn, Log server accepts this information and replies with a signed certificate timestamp (SCT) which is, by nature, a promise to add the certificate to the log within a certain period of time.
What is the Security Compliance Toolkit (SCT)? The Security Compliance Toolkit (SCT) is a set of tools that allows enterprise security administrators to download, analyze, test, edit, and store Microsoft-recommended security configuration baselines for Windows and other Microsoft products.
Anyone can submit a certificate to a log, but most of them are submitted by CAs. When a CA submits one of these to a log, the log responds with a signed certificate timestamp (SCT). This is a promise to add the certificate to the log within a time period called the Maximum Merge Delay (MMD).
Certificate Transparency (CT) is an open framework of logs, monitors, and auditors created to help domain owners oversee digital certificates issued for their brands. CT logs help domain owners protect their brand by providing a way to find misissued or rogue certificates more easily.
The Cert Injection Webhook for Kubernetes extends kubernetes with a webhook that injects CA certificates and proxy environment variables into pods. The webhook uses certificates and environment variables defined in configmaps and injects them into pods with the desired labels or annotations.
Importing the cacert. pem certificate into the client browser Select Tools Options Advanced. Select Certificates, then click the View Certificates button. Click Import and select the cacert.
