Once the transcription is done, click the Create Captions button at the top of the box. In the pop-up window, ensure Create Captions from Transcription is selected and any other settings you wish to use. Hit Create, and Premiere will add your captions to the timeline.
Go to the clip in question and open the Subtitle Editor. There, choose Export subtitles and pick the STL format. Next, open docHub Premiere Pro and import the STL file like any other clip. Be sure to make a note of the video clip size.
