The best and easiest way to add a background image to any Google Docs is by using the Watermark feature. Youll find this feature, which was added in late 2021, in the Google Docs menu under Insert Watermark. The Watermark sidebar will appear with two tabs. On the Image tab click on Select Image to choose an image.
Lets walk through the steps: Step 1: Open Google Docs. Go to Google Docs Open a blank document the same way we did earlier. Step 2: Add Watermark. Go to the Insert menu Select Watermark. You will see two options Image and Text. This means you can use either image or text as the background. Watermark Options.
Once you have your drawing canvas open, click on the Format tab in the top menu bar. Then select the Background option from the drop-down menu. This will open a new window with various backgrounds to choose from. Buy gmail accounts You can choose from a range of solid colors, gradients, images, and patterns.
The easiest way to add a picture on the background of Google Docs is to go to Insert Image Upload from the computer. Once the image is uploaded, go to the Image options, and there select the option Behind the text under Text Wrapping.
Go to the Convert tab and select the To Image icon on the secondary menu. Alternatively, navigate to File Export to Image. Choose a suitable folder on the Save As pop-up window and make sure that you select the JPG format under the Save As type. Click Save to finally convert your PDF file to JPG.
How to add a PDF file to Google Slides Make a screenshot of your file. Once the image is ready, go to the slide where you want to insert the PDF. Paste the screen capture into your slide. Only PDF, JPEG, and BMP files can be used as background images. Adjust the appearance and position of the background, as needed. (Optional) To apply the same background to additional PDFs: Select Apply To Multiple Files.
Enhancing Sheets with Background Images Heres how: Insert the desired image into your sheet using the Insert menu or the IMAGE function. Resize the image to cover the entire sheet area you want as the background. Lower the images opacity to make it more transparent and allow the sheet data to be visible on top.
