The solution is : Select Trigger : When an item or file is modified. add action : Get changes for an item or a file (property only) Add a condition as is : Has column changed Employee status (this is my dynamic content in my case) is true (true must be added manually)
You should not send an email whenever the document is created or modified, you should send only when they checked in the document. To do that add a new step Condition and choose the value CheckedOut from the trigger flow action.
Turn notifications on or off for all files Right-click the OneDrive icon (looks like a white cloud) on the system tray of your task bar and select Settings. On the Settings tab, youll find a check box to enable or disable notifications.
