Soldiers DO NOT need to download their AMHRR due to IPPS-As Brownout/Cutover. iPERMS is not scheduled to shut down during IPPS-As Brownout/Cutover and will continue to operate in its normal environment. Soldiers can log into iPERMS to view their documents using the above link.
