Make sure to put a space in between each binary code and use the correct binary code for upper or lower case letters. For example, the binary combination for the name Paul would be: 01010000 01100001 01110101 01101100. Repeat to write your last name in binary numbers.
The numbers from 0 to 10 are thus in binary 0, 1, 10, 11, 100, 101, 110, 111, 1000, 1001, and 1010.
Any code that uses just two symbols to represent information is considered binary code. Different versions of binary code have been around for centuries, and have been used in a variety of contexts.
Binary language is often taught as a part of computer science fundamentals but its more of an introduction to how computers work. People almost never actually write binary. Instead, they code in a high-level or low-level programming language which is structured closer to natural languages and easier to comprehend.
But binary code is a language of sorts in fact, it is the language that makes it possible for you to be reading this article on your computer, tablet or smartphone. Therefore, it is a fundamental language for any futureproof business to be aware of, even if computer programmers are not on your current payroll.
01001000 01100101 01101100 01101100 01101111 00100001 Those ones and zeros might not look like anything to you, but in binary code the numbers are actually saying Hello!
2 in binary is 10. Unlike the decimal number system where we use the digits 0 to 9 to represent a number, in a binary system, we use only 2 digits that are 0 and 1 (bits). We have used 2 bits to represent 2 in binary.
Binary files are not human readable and require a special program or hardware processor that knows how to read the data inside the file.
