[Music] you Im going to show you how I transfer a sketch from tracing paper onto my watercolor paper I like having a nice clean sketch on my watercolor paper so that I can eliminate the need to make unnecessary changes and then erasing and possibly destroying the vulnerable cottony surface of my watercolor paper so I work out a sketch in a sketch book or I might sometimes sketch directly on the tracing paper pad um this is my preferred tracing paper because its really really transparent so if I want to make corrections to my drawing I can actually just lay another piece of tracing paper over top and you can see how transparent it is here so Ive got lead using an HB pencil on one side of the tracing paper now what I need to do is get that drawing from my tracing paper to my watercolor paper because I currently only have lead on one side of my paper if I flip it over to do the rubbing my image is going to be in Reverse if you dont want the image to be in Reverse you can actually tra

Pap test. In a Pap test, your doctor uses a vaginal speculum to hold your vaginal walls apart and to see the cervix. Next, a sample of cells from your cervix is collected using a small cone-shaped brush and a tiny plastic spatula (1 and 2).
A normal (or negative) result means that no cell changes were found on your cervix. This is good news. But you still need to get Pap tests in the future. New cell changes can still form on your cervix. Your doctor may tell you that you can wait three years for your next screening test if you received a Pap test only.
Inconclusive Pap Inconclusive results mean that some cells arent typical, but theres no clear diagnosis. The report on your Pap smear usually says you have one of two types: ASCUS (atypical squamous cells of undetermined significance) or AGCUS (atypical glandular cells of undetermined significance).
Acceptable specimens for the Pap Test include cervical, cervical and vaginal, endocervical, vaginal and/or vulvar scrapings or brushings.
Your health care provider uses a cotton swab to collect a sample of the fluid that moistens the lining of the vagina. A swab can test for infections such as chlamydia, gonorrhea, yeast, bacterial vaginosis, or trichomonas.
There are two types of tests: the Pap test and the HPV test. For both, the doctor or nurse collects cells from the surface of the cervix. With the Pap test, the lab checks the sample for cancer cells or abnormal cells that could become cancer later. With the HPV test, the lab checks for HPV infection.
3. Low-grade squamous intraepithelial lesion (previously Class III, mild dysplasia): This classification is for abnormal cells, which may be considered as mild dysplasia or with mild premalignant potential. This same category would be used if there is any sign of the human papilloma (wart) virus.
If your Pap smear is abnormal, your doctor may perform a procedure called colposcopy using a special magnifying instrument (colposcope) to examine the tissues of the cervix, vagina and vulva. Your doctor also may take a tissue sample (biopsy) from any areas that appear abnormal.
