Okay, heres a quick tutorial on how to insert dot leaders for your tabs. First, Im gonna go to the Home Tab Paragraph Group and we hit that little arrow in the corner. Its going to give me the paragraph dialog box. Now, this is Indents and Spacing and thats not really what I need, so I go down to the bottom here, to the Tabs button, hit Tabs and then the Tab stop position. So this is which Tab stop am I trying to put the dots before? So its my 6-inch tab stop. I want dots before this tab stop, so Im going to highlight six inches and Im not going to change my alignment because its the way I want to. But heres the leader section, so right now its set for no leaders. Heres dot leaders, heres a dash leader and heres an underline leader. You can use the dash and the dot quite similarly. Hint: click anywhere inside the subject line. Once you see a blinking cursor, press CTRL+A to select the entire subject line. Type your new subject. Click the Save icon in the top left corner of the message window, then close the message.
