Here are the steps. Open the governments official website of the home state applicant belong to. Browse the website and find the form for marriage registration on the site. Fill the personal details of both the parties of the marriage, as asked in the form. Submit the form once it is filled.
You may request for a copy of your Certificate of Marriage (COM) at the LCR of the city or municipality where your marriage was held and registered. If your COM was duly submitted by the solemnizing officer, then the LCR will be able to provide you with the registered copy.
You can find local records in the FamilySearch Catalog, Place Search, under the city or place-name. To find a civil record, you will need at least the approximate year and place in which the birth, marriage, divorce, or death occurred. To find clues about these events, you may need to search: Family Bibles.
Visit the local civil registrar (LCR) office in the city or municipality where you or your partner reside. Submit the marriage license requirements. The designated officer will check and evaluate the documents. Pay the marriage license fee to the treasury or treasurers office.
You can apply for your marriage license from the local registry office from where one of you habitually resides. The license is a piece of document stating that both of you are allowed to get married under the Philippine government law.
Marriage License Application Requirements: Certified True Copy of Birth Certificate or Baptismal Certificate of both applicants. Community Tax Certificates of both applicants. 2x2 colored photos of the couple. PSA CENOMAR (Certificate of No Marriage). Accomplished Marriage Application Form.
3. The registered document shall be submitted to the Local Civil Registrar where the marriage is registered. If the marriage was registered overseas, the registered document shall be submitted to the City Civil Registry Office at the Manila City Hall (CCRO Manila).
