hi everyone in this video Ill show you how to create and edit local Holdings records for multi-part monographs in mark 21 using record manager so lets say I have a two-volume set the Encyclopedia of evolution Ive never added Holdings before but I want to add this to my collection so Ive logged into WMS and now Im going to go to metadata and from there Im going to select record manager so the first thing Ill need to do is find a record for the two volume set so Im gonna leave the data type set to bibliographic records the scope is set to all WorldCat and then Im going to select the ISBN index and Im gonna paste that in there and click on search now the first thing Im going to do since I have 28 records in my results list is Im going to use the facets on the left to limit my search so Im going to click on English for the language of the cataloging record and now you can see I have just 11 records and my results the other thing I can do is I can limit by the format print book
