hello my name is Kim Matina this screencast will show you how to create a Google Form and have a question that can accept multiple answers so first what you have to do is create a form in your Google Drive and once you do that and a question that requires students to type an answer so for this example I am going to type what is the capital of New York and what Im going could do here is Im going to have my question type be short answer so before I do any of this stuff what I have to do is make sure that my form is set up as a quiz so I click on the gear button here and I go to quizzes and I enable the option to make this a quiz and I click Save now you can see here that my question is in a form of a quiz format so if I click on the answer key option I can actually add multiple answers right here so I am going to add Albany with a capital a day Im going to add Albany with a lowercase a and I have the option here to mark all of their answers incorrect so whether they type in a L be any

To add a sub-question: Add the parent question as normal. Within the question box of the parent question, click on Add item. The list of question types will appear, and each will be referred to as a sub-question.
Add questions Click Untitled Question and enter your question. You get suggestions based on your type of question. (Optional) To change the question type, click the Down arrow. and choose an option. Add response options (if applicable for your question type). To add a copy of the existing question, click Duplicate .

Add questions, headers sections Open a form in Google Forms. Click Add . To the right of the question title, choose the type of question you want. Type the possible responses to your question. To prevent people from not answering, turn on Required.
Create an answer key To add a question, click Add question . Fill out your question and answers. In the bottom left of the question, click Answer key. Choose the answer or answers that are correct. In the top right of the question, choose how many points the question is worth.
