How to Print in Preview on Mac Open the PDF file or image you want to print. Go to View Thumbnails, and then command and click the thumbnails for the pages you want to print. Go to File Print, and then choose the print options. Click on Print after youve modified the settings and options.
You can see how the data on your sheet will look when it is printed and identify any final adjustments that you want to make before you print. To preview pages in a worksheet, simply click File Print to preview your sheet and make any print-related adjustments.
Print a document or envelope in Pages on Mac Open the document, then choose File Print (from the File menu at the top of your screen). Click the Printer pop-up menu and choose a printer. Specify print options: Click Print.
