hey guys hope youre fine there Im MJ in this video I will show you how to print selected pages only and how to print section from your entire document and E one I will show you how to print odd and even printing for your manual to plaque so easy thing is we are going to section printing selected page building Adi one printing ok lets start so I have a document here in the document I have 15 pages ok but I do not want to take the all things you can pages I want to take like 1 3 5 8 and then I will take 10 to 15 like this so go to a printer just press ctrl P or printer open here in the pages okay I need a page number 1 and then insert the comma here and this I next I need freedom of I type the page number 5 and insert the comma and then 8 and set this comma okay after 8 I want to take page number 10 to 15 okay I want to take entire page number 10 to 15 so here just 5/10 and - okay - out - and then take this 50 okay so be careful here page number what I am taking page number 1 only an

Click the sheet. On the Page Layout tab, in the Page Setup group, click Page Setup. Under Print Titles, click in Rows to repeat at top or Columns to repeat at left and select the column or row that contains the titles you want to repeat. Click OK.

To print the entire workbook, before you click Print, under Settings, click the arrow next to Print Active Sheets, click Print Entire Workbook.
Microsoft Word has a single command that forces the printer to reverse print every print job: Open Word, then click Options Advanced. Scroll through and come to the Print section on the right. When you want to reverse print a page, select the Print Pages in Reverse Order check box.
Click the Advanced tab in Printing Preferences. Expand the Document Options entry. Expand the Layout Options entry. In the Page Order: drop-down menu, select Back to Front.
To control the printing order, follow these steps: Display the Word Options dialog box. Click Advanced at the left side of the dialog box. Scroll through the options until you see the Print section. Make sure the Print Pages in Reverse Order check box is selected or cleared, depending on your desires. Click on OK.
Click the worksheet for which you want to change the printing order. next to Page Setup. Click the Sheet tab, and then under Page order, click Down, then over or Over, then down. Tip: The direction of each option is displayed in the preview box.
If the Print Titles ribbon button is grayed out, check to ensure that youre not currently editing a cell or an area chart. Also, check to verify that at least one printer is set up in Windows. On the Sheet tab, in the Rows to repeat at top box, type $1:$1 (as shown in the figure).
