I have a table in Excel with information about cookies, and it also includes images of all of those cookies. In Microsoft Forms, open the form you want to edit. Select the question to which you want to add a picture. Select Insert media (picture icon) on the right side of the question. In the Insert media pane, select Image.
Headers and Footers in a Word document are useful for adding dates, page numbers, and whatever other text you want. You can also place images in your header and footer, which is handy for adding, for example, a company logo.
Including images in your LaTeX document requires adding: \usepackage{graphicx} to the beginning/preamble of your document. \includegraphics{ } command tells LaTeX to insert the image. To upload an image, click the upload button, and upload your image file.

Once you've downloaded your photo, adding it your report in Microsoft Word is easy. Place your cursor where you want to insert the picture in your document. Go to Insert, and click on Picture. Navigate to the location of your photo and click Insert.
From the pull down menus, choose Insert → Header → Default. Click so that the cursor is inside the new header block. From the pull down menus, choose Insert → Picture → From File. Navigate to the desired logo, then click Open.
The workaround is to use Picture Format>Position>More Layout Options, then change the Vertical positioning from Paragraph to Page. Then you'll be able to move the graphic over the header.
There are two ways to organize your images: either place them in your text next to the paragraph where you discuss them (Figure 1), or put them all together at the end of the essay (Figure 2). Images always need captions. Captions should do two things; label the image and tell us the image's source.
To give your survey, quiz, or other type of form some visual flair, apply a theme, add your own background image, or customize the background color. In Microsoft Forms, open the form for which you want to apply a theme. Select Theme to choose a color or background image.
