This can help you to understand your domains email flow and also take corrective actions to ensure all emails are delivered correctly. Lets access your Google Workspace Admin Console at admin.google.com. Then start from the menu at the top left corner of your Admin Console. Then go to Reporting and click on Email Log Search. In this new window, you can use the different filters to search for incoming and outgoing emails from your domain users. You can select different time ranges. Just keep in mind that if you need to find a message using the older than 30 days option, you must specify a message ID in your search terms. You can view the Help Center article on the screen to learn how to get the message ID of an email. You will also find this link in the description of this video. Answer: Email logs allow you to keep a system of all relevant information for the Client in a secure centralized location. Email logs were put in place before Gmail and Outlook Add ons were created and are still in use by customers who use other email services.
The logs created contain information on each email (e.g. date/time email sent, sender, recipient, etc). The Email Logs can be helpful if you are trying to check if emails have been sent, and if sent to particular email address.
Delivery receipt. This is a way of confirming (by receiving an email back) if an email message has been delivered to the recipients e-mail server. In Outlook, for example, go to File Options Mail, and Under Tracking, select Delivery receipt.
Resolution Log in to your Google Workspace admin portal. From the left-hand side menu, expand Audit, then select Email Log Search: Enter details for the message you are attempting to trace. Click Search. All messages matching the search criteria are displayed below.
