When youre creating a new shipment, the fastest way to get it out the door is to choose a recipient from your address book. You can fill out the full name and address in one click no copy and pasting and no manual entry. But youre thinking, how do I get my addresses there in the first place? Great question! The simplest way is to import them. When youre logged in, look under the Manage My Account tab and click Access Address Book. Then head to import/export. Right here there are all sorts of different address book formats. Some are even from other shipping companies. This makes transferring your contacts super simple. If you dont have any of these formats, you can always download the FedEx template. Fill in your addresses and import away. You can also add an address on the fly when youre creating a new shipment.
