IdenTrust certificates are used by engineers, architects, surveyors and others to incorporate a digital seal into a digital signature that is produced when signing with an identity-based digital certificate.
What is my IdenTrust certificate password?
- The account number was sent to you in a physical letter after your account was approved. - The account password is the one that you provided online when you applied for your certificate.

If you are unable to login because you have forgotten your Account Password, you have the option to reset your password via the CMC. This option is available by clicking the link I forgot my account password in the CMC login page. Once you have reset your account password you should be able to access the CMC.

View certificate details Open the file that contains the certificate you want to view. Click File Info View Signatures. In the list, on a signature name, click the down-arrow, and then click Signature Details. In the Signature Details dialog box, click View.

Click on the Content tab. Then click on the Certificates button. Your certificate should be listed under the Personal tab. If it is not there, either the certificate was retrieved on a different computer (or browser) or it has been deleted.
