To update the docHub approved trust list, go to preferences, select trust manager, and click on update now. This will confirm the validity of digital signatures. Insert your USB into the computer to sign the PDF. Access the certificates tool under the tools tab, select digitally sign, and create a signature field by clicking and dragging your mouse in the PDF. Edit the appearance as needed before submitting the signed document. This procedure is recommended periodically, but not required every time you sign a PDF.

Set the trust level of a certificate Open the Preferences dialog box. Under Categories, select Signatures. For Identities Trusted Certificates, click More. Select Trusted Certificates on the left. Select a certificate from the list, and click Edit Trust.
In the signature Properties window click Show Signers Certificate button. Following screen will be displayed once you click on it. Once you click on OK button, following window will be displayed. Click Ok button in the following window. Once the certificate validation is done, you will get the following approval.
In Acrobat, click the Edit menu and choose Preferences Signatures. On the right, click More for Identities Trusted Certificates. Select Digital IDs on the left, and then click the Add ID button .

Open the Preferences dialog box. Under Categories, select Signatures. For Verification, click More. To automatically validate all signatures in a PDF when you open the document, select Verify Signatures When The Document Is Opened.
