hello everyone this is elizabeth with scott leroy marketing in this tip video im going to show you how you can export signed documents from your opportunity so first youll head to the opportunities applet along the left hand side then youll choose the phase that your opportunity is in then youll choose your opportunity then youll click the documents tab in the center of the screen then youll click export documents at the top right youll then see this embedded pop-up where you can protect the documents with credentials or a password if you would like to do that simply check that box type in the password you would like to set now this does need to be at least eight characters with a mix of letters numbers and symbols then youll re-enter those credentials into the second field then you can select to export all documents including all version history by checking that box or you can simply go in and choose the specific documents in the specific folders that you would like to export
