In this video tutorial, you'll learn how to create a Highlight Text question in Schoology. Start by selecting the Questions tab and choosing Highlight Text from the Create Question column. Enter your question prompt with highlighted text, and under Possible Responses, select to highlight by Paragraph, Sentence, or Word. You can remove specific highlights by clicking on them or reset all highlights using Clear Highlights. In the Correct Answer Setup, select correct answers by clicking on the relevant text areas, and enter a number in the Maximum Selection field to limit student responses. To allow for partial credit based on correct selections, select Partial Match. Finally, preview the question and save your work.
