Now this law will be in effect on the 1st of January, 2021, and is not the same as the various provisions that were made for COVID. I dont want you to be confused there. This will be in effect January 1st, 2021. It will include all diseases, not merely COVID, not this strange requirement that you go and get a positive test for COVID to obtain your paid sick leave, so thats very positive.
