lets um lets take a look at living wills aaron um can you explain to our viewers what a living will is is it binding yeah thats a great question and i think theres a lot of myths around a living well and what it is really its just another word for advanced or another two two words for advanced directives so basically a living will is an expression of someones wishes in the event that they are being cared for under this power of attorney for personal care and they develop some sort of condition where theres really no recovery um theres maybe diminishing health and really theyve become reliant on extraordinary measures how do they want that person to proceed to make their decisions for them so it could be you know if im in that state i want to be removed from life support and allowed to you know pass away if thats the result with no pain etc you know they can sort of add things to it or you might say look i want to be kept alive at all costs i yo
