In this video tutorial, Jewel Tolentino demonstrates how to add a checkbox in docHub. To do this, you need to be in the prepare form section. Click on the more tools tab and then select prepare form. Once in that mode, you will see various options. To add a checkbox, click on the icon with a box and a check mark. Customize the checkbox and give it a name. Preview the checkbox and then click on it to add it to your form.
