In the tutorial, Jewel Tolentino demonstrates how to add a checkbox in docHub. To start, make sure you are in the prepare form section. Click on "prepare form" in the more tools tab to access this mode. Once in prepare form, click on the icon with a box and a check mark to add a checkbox. Customize the size and name of the checkbox, then preview and click to add it to your form. To edit the checkbox, double click on it in the edit mode.
