Part 1: Set Attendee Access In the Teams Calendar click on the scheduled meeting. Click Edit. Click Meeting options. The Meeting options page will open in your internet browser. Set Who can bypass the lobby? to People in my organization. Set Who can present? to Only me. Click Save.
While you cant delete other users messages, you can hide or mute conversations so you wont receive notifications about them. You can delete, hide, or mute messages in both the desktop and mobile Microsoft Teams apps.
If you dont want a team or channel to show in your teams list, hide it. This is a great way to clean up your list and focus on the teams and channels youre active in. Go to a team or channel name, and select More options. Hide.
In Microsoft Teams (free), you can choose to hide, mute, or mark your chats as unread. Hide a chat to remove it from your Recent chat list. If someone messages you in that chat, it will no longer be hidden. Mute a chat to stop receiving notifications for the chat.
Hiding the chat: Hiding a chat keeps it out of your way on Teams. To hide a chat, right-click on the chat name, and click Hide. Once you hide the chat, it only shows up again when someone sends a new message to it. You can bring the chat back by searching for a participants name or the chat itself in your search box.

Hide for me Microsoft Teams During the meeting hover over your own My video box and click the 3 dots. Select Hide for me. Your Me box is going to roll either vertically or horizontally depending on the position of your gallery.
Note: By default, read receipts are on for everyone. Your admin decides whether you can turn this setting off. To see or change this option, select your profile picture at the top of the app, then select Settings General. From there, turn on or off Read receipts.
