everybody Jackson here from is it guys here for another zip tip today were going to be talking about how to use the text overflow addendum inside of zip lock plus if any additional space is needed while typing in a tuck field the additional words will automatically flow on to the Toa form it is important to note that the Toa form cannot be found in the car library to that manually it is automatically generated and attached to the document when a text overflow has occurred this feature is available in the majority of forums contained in the ciear library in this example we will be adding a large amount of text to section 3 eve of the RP a we can add as much text as we need and the text overflow feature will automatically pull extra text into the text overflow addendum when we preview the form we can see that the Toa is now a permanent part of this contract section 3 e of the RP a now contains a reference to the Toa form as well as letting us know what paragraph of the Toa the text now

What is an addendum? A Contract Addendum is a document that you use to add terms or make changes to an executed contract without invalidating the original. Rather than terminating a contract and starting over, you can create an addendum and update the existing agreement.
Name the parties to the contract. Indicate the addendums effective date, using the same date format used in the original contract. Indicate the elements of the original contract that the addendum intends to change. Concisely but clearly describe the desired changes.

If the person signing does not know exactly what they agree to, it can create an unenforceable contract. A court is likely to decide the agreement is not valid if the terms are buried or hidden in any way.
