If text is hidden in an Office document, it is not sent out either via a print path or a PDF creation path. If you request that text be hidden, that is exactly what you got. That hidden text is absolutely not in the PDF file and there is nothing you can do with the PDF file itself to retrieve that text.
Right click on the button2 in the Form preparing mode, choose Properties General Tab look for Form Field drop down and choose Hidden.
Choose Tools Redact. On the Edit menu, choose Redact Text Images. Select the text or image in a PDF, right-click, and select Redact. Select the text or image in a PDF, choose Redact in the floating context-menu.
Select the Preview button to view the hidden text. Select the Show Preview button at the bottom of the dialogue box. Select Show Hidden Text from the preview of the document. You can scroll through the pages of your PDF using the double arrow buttons on the gray Acrobat navigation bar.
Click somewhere in the document, then press Ctrl + A (Windows) or ⌘ Command + A (Mac) to select all text in the document.
You hide the field, by opening its property dialog, go to the General tab, and then change visible to hidden in the field property dropdown. That should do it. If you want to be double sure, make the field read-only as well. Hope this can help.
