hey everybody Eric here with VBA howto.gov logo Galvez services calm I received an email and in that email I was questioned in regards to how do you hide some how do you hide some some boxes the rest of your forms collection if you depend upon a selection I want to hide other text boxes based on what I select in one box or inner one box oh yeah you could vary this technique of it thats what I got me thinking I came up with a little I thought it may help you out so if you look here heres my little form oh and this video youre gonna find out how to loop through the collection the forms controls collections okay these are all the text boxes and these are just generic and you may find it the point of this video is to show you how to limit the users focus okay like if I if I go here and I select through for 1 through 4 show text box 1 through 4 Im showing takes places 1 through 4 but I want to show all of them I go ahead and show all them if I show I want items 1 through 3 I go ahead an

Right click on the button2 in the Form preparing mode, choose Properties General Tab look for Form Field drop down and choose Hidden.
