hello and welcome to dendrix doesnt in this video Ill show you how to set up a play notebook views to show or hide patient names and to flip between those two views which is the quick key press now this is especially useful if your monitor is in an area where its at an angle that patients might be able to see it or they might pass by it as theyre walking down a main thoroughfare and they could see other patient names on that monitor in the appointment book well begin by clicking view if you already have views setup theyll show up in this menu and youll be able to edit them or if its like mine and I have no views just click new either way the dialog box is the same so youll be able to follow along I would first look over my preferences my providers my operatories my days of the week my hours etc and then here on the right hand side on line number one Im gonna change this to be named slash preferred now if youre using an older version you will have to scroll all the way down t
