hi this James from the hornball technical support team and this is a short tutorial show you how to hide fields on forms so as you can see here i am using the 750 enterprise clients and this is our gsm that i am using but its also applied to any current version of the platform or application so im going to go to the incident form for now and here we have all the a selection of fields and what im going to do is hide the charge center and department fields on the left hand side here so first of all im going to go into tools and design form layout and upon selecting the field it will give you properties on the right hand side theres been other videos around some of the options here in regards to mandatory and default value so you may wish to view them also so if you wish to take these simply off your form the best way to do this is in the general section and the top right hand side here of a parameter for visible so once you set this to false youll see they kind of strokes it out yo
