hi Ive logged in as Kathy watts and the demo company and I want to show you how you can add core values for performance reviews in scissor Tales so first of all just remember we have the hamburger with the menu and the search bar in the menu and we also have this search bar at the top of the screen that is the same menu search bar that we have inside the hamburger so we can just come into either of the search bars and we can type in core values or any part of that and its going to pull up the core values with the breadcrumbs that say HR setup performance review when you click on that it takes us out to the performance core values and so here is where we have the list of all of our core values that we can add for our performance reviews so inside this we can add a new one just by clicking add new and then I can take a value and put it in maybe from my value statement and put it in there and I can even uh copy that or highlight the whole thing and make sure that the font is the size th
