[Music] whats up everyone my name is steve from supermods tech and today im going to bring you guys another super mods tech tip of the day today im going to show you guys how to make a signature inside preview so that youre able to sign and create signatures in pdf documents instead of printing it out signing it upload it back to the computer and fax back hopefully just make your life a lot easier when youre doing some office work so without any further ado lets get started so the first thing youre going to do is youre going to go over to your magnifying glass youre going to find your preview youre gonna open preview now i have a dummy pdf file here so that i can show you guys how it works and you know that its very easy its not very hard to do so the first thing we need to do we need to go into our tools menu we need to go to annotate and we need to go to signature and manage signatures right so we have no signatures here is blank and basically what this is doing is going

The only way to stop your signature from potentially being misused is to not include your signature in the document. This isnt as flippant a suggestion as it sounds. For instance, you might use a modified signature in the document, such as only your first name instead of your full signature.
